I inherited my love of art from my paternal Grandparents. A painter and a potter, they opened my eyes to this wonderfully creative world at a very early age.
A keen artist throughout my school and teen years, I always knew I was destined to do something creative with my time. Still, it took a while to find a medium that really struck a chord. Then I found fluid art and fell in love. I turned my spare room in to a home studio and here I am – painting!
I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients to see what effects are created and how that makes me feel. The whole process is meditative for me.
Abstract and contemporary are words which best describe my art. In between commissions for bespoke pieces I freestyle, allowing my imagination to lead the way. Please check out my Gallery and feel free to contact me about any of the pieces displayed* or perhaps something bespoke.
*I display “sold” pieces as I am often asked to use them as inspiration for new commissions. Please note, two pieces of fluid art will never be identical as every painting possesses its own unique character. That said, if something I have already done really speaks to you, we can use it as a brief.
